That Simple SoundA scaled up reconstruction of my husband's last moments in this plane of existence. Most of which was revealed in the dark with sound, texture, and light all focusing on the distinct, unmistakable sound when you open a plastic trash bag. Video fails to capture the essence of this installation. | That Simple SoundThat simple sound, taken for granted by the living, reminds me every time. of a Life literally thrown away, trashed. That simple sound, snap snap. bag opened, insert Life, just to extinguish it. |
